Flash back Friday..

Great photo Fred!
That day is burned in my mind forever, the year was 2007 , Just married and as happy as one gets. AZ /NM border near Springerville, a low harvest area that I put in the work a few times before and took elk eveytime I went, Had to leave the next day becauase of the fires that broke out in SD county the day she shot it. Not so good now for elk. She's still my bride...

Happy Friday everyone....Despite all the negative stuff flying around...It's great to be alive...........

1st rooster ,1962, from Crawdad Creek near Compton, Ca....Wonder, if it's still there?....lol

Funny thing about the crappie in that picture. One minute later Isaac threw the stringer in the water without tying it off to a rock etc. watched the stringer and the fish slowly disappear. Good time.
Similar thing happened to me. I had a stringer full of Crappie and it was staked out. When I went to add another fish to stringer there was a Muskie attached to my fish. He got three of them.

Do you have the picture of both of us on our first trip in front of the estancia when we had the high 200's day in Argentina on ashyhead and Magellan geese ? Let me know if you don't and I'll send you my pic. Remember Buenos Aires and Cervantes dos restaurant and beefe de lomo with papas fritas and bad Argentine beer ?

I remember it all like it was yesterday. Remember the hunting dog with buck teeth?

And yes, I have the picture of the goose slaughter. It was a day to never be forgotten.
