So my cousin and I are hunting D14 this year. We've set up our trail cams and gotten good pictures of deer. My question is when do bucks antlers stop growing during the velvet period? Is it like a couple weeks before they get rid of velvet or just days before?

I'm looking and for me it does have an N or Y for my J11 but for D14, my second choice, it has a Y. Does that mean I didn't get the J11 tag? I'm not sure because it doesn't say either Y or N

Upland in the IV means Upland game in the Imperial Valley. Upland game consists of dove, quail, pheasant, and other non-waterfowl game birds. Somebody correct me if I missed an important bird.
