Larry, In the riverside shooting ordinance it states what trapline said. 1 mile out from incorporated city for rifle, under a mile its shotgun only where legal.
Section 4.

Ha, DayQuil would be cheaper.
I always assumed it was better to set up large blinds ahead of time. Maybe it’s an east coast thing. But the chair and short blind sounds like the ticket.
My tried turkey hunting for the first time last year and had a great time. Unsuccessful but I did learn a lot. #1 being, it’s probably never too early to get out and scout and getting pr
I’m thinking I want to take my 7 year old out one day this time. It seems my kid is like every other 7...
From what I learned last year from my first turkey hunt, I know I need to get out and get on the ground sooner than I did last year. There are some new spots I want to check out and in the process I also want to try and call in some coyotes in a few new areas. In the CNF in San diego county...
1 shot, dropped in its tracks. I was using a monopod shooting stick, you can see it running under the mag well in the pic. With all the rain, it wasnt the best support in soft dirt. Probably going to look at shooting sticks or some long bipods to for better distribution in softer conditions...
of course the instant I think I’ve got tons of time to get back into predator hunting, work picks up for months and sends me traveling. Been out a handful of time this year with no success and only a couple sightings.

Ha. Beggers can’t be choosers. That little paddle boat just sits there, available to anyone who dares to use it. We dared, but not without a couple of cups to keep the water on the outside when it hit our ankles.
Got back into bass fishing a few months ago since my 6 year old seems to enjoy fishing now. Forgot how much fun it is to have a good day on the water.
I’m up north near Rocklin for a few weeks for work and brought a box of lures, a reel, and bought a cheap pole up here. Spent the weekend at...
I know there are a few guys on here that hunt locally with shotguns because of proximity regulations and terrain/veg of the areas they hunt. Ive got a few areas nearby that look promising for both deer and coyotes, and because of proximity to roads and/or because im most likely going to be...
thanks for the heads up everyone.
Well, Diaz lake has some camp wide water issues. Left a message saying there is some issue that cause there to be no water on site. So between that and everyone comments, I cancelled and pushed farther north. Camping at Owen River Campground. might just...
