These men didn't sit around and change the subject. They tossed the naysayers aside. They all had better things to do. A vision,
serious stones and a relentless pursuit of RIGHTEOUSNESS . None of these people were perfect. None of them EVER claimed to be above anybody. When you pick a fight with these incredible men they brought it. Some of these men LOST everything...some their lives, their lively hood, familys... but EVERYONE of them knew what they were infor. They have all been backstabbed spied on ridiculed called traitors and the most vile things you could say to a man and their family. NOT ONE of these men gave up. NOT ONE! When a conversation bothers you..You have options either you can pay attention and bring something to the party or you can turn it off and go back to the whoas me ranch and complain about what is happening around you. The boobtube the internet the escape of reality and hard choices and the willing to understand the why it is what it is and how we let it happen is soft and selfish.
I thought about this thread a lot and how it got hijacked. To me this is serious stuff. I raise hell with all politicians. I have had the FBI and the Secret Service come to my door to intimate me. I let them know exactly how I feel, and my language is salty. I am not afraid of any of these assholes. I have a family I have everything to lose. By being a COMPLETE NUT about the Red White and Blue and to the people who oppose my God Given Rights I have sleepless nights. I never know when they are gonna kick my door in. Do you think that is right? The government is supposed to be afraid of YOU not the other way around. Am I suppose to cower? Am I suppose to be intimidated by men with a badge trying to reduce the Freedoms I was born under because some politician doesn't like be called a Gun Grabbing Baby Killing Commie Pinko Bolshevik. Sorry that is not how I roll and I will never EVER be intimidated by these pigs!

We The People are the most powerful thing EVER to happen to this planet. I thought I was the only one who felt like this until I read some guys on the thread. Now I don't feel so Alone!

This guy reminds me of some of the Founding Fathers. Say whatever you want about this man and mock him all you want and call him names and narcissist or whatever. But he is the best thing to happen to our nation in over 150yrs. This man came to us through a divine intervention and I TRULY believe that.


56 men signed The Declaration of Independence 14 of them were hung or shot to death. The rest were running for their lives for 8yrs. None of us have anything we have today without them. Without their sacrifice for FREEDOM and Liberty Without their vision their is NO US of A.
I am not trying to step on any dicks here. I just think its time that we all take little bit of our time and let them know that the fight is still here and we are not going anywhere. No matter where you live, we owe it to the next gernartin of Americans to be Americans and not lose the stone cold truth of "Freedom ain't Free"

@surfcity in his post is displaying "The Indomitable Human Spirit". That kind of dogged relentlessness and persistence in spirit.

It irks me to no end when discussions of the citizenry possibly revolting come up... and there's always this shit-ton of sad-sack human beings who quickly pipe up to say "What are you kidding? There's no way they could ever win! You kidding me? With all those Jets and Nukes and <blah blah blah>".

That kind of defeatist thinking... ugh.. I just can't STAND that shit!

All these people who are hopelessly stuck in "thinking small". "Oh... that problems too big, I could never overcome that."

It's like "Yes!!... Yes you freaking Can!!". Just take the problem... break it down into smaller solvable piece-parts of the problem.. and start knocking-out the piece-parts one-by-one. In short-order you'll have it licked.

When you do that... real quick you start to realize... "You know what? I can do this!" As a matter of fact... I've been doing that... literally...everyday... for the last 25 years. And guess what? The more you do it... that is, solve, attack, and debug problems and come up with solutions... the better and more skilled and honed you get at it. It's like this art form... where the "thing" that uniquely makes you human, your ability to see patterns emerging and your intuition (which is just your sub-conscious reminding you about a similar scenario you've dealt with before)... manifests itself and you can begin to see the solution even before you've begun working on the problem yet.

Honestly, I don't think progressives want actual civil war.. they want what they've already largely achieved, which is to have the 'mainstream' start questioning our traditional American values.. patriotism, individualism, you name it, because anything traditionally American is counter to their world view. They want chaos, basically, which is what they've already achieved. Why need a civil war when you've already gotten half the country to hate their own country and its citizenry?

This past week I've been in Virginia and have talked to quite a few folks who actually think like many of us do, who still love our country, which is refreshing. And I've gotten a lot of perplexed looks when I talk SoCal hunting.. my favorite being "where do ya'll hunt deer, at the beach??"
 
I am afraid we are in war . And it is being forced upon us. And we are losing.
The psychology is to fool the mass to think as it's n use .
In fact do believe their greatest fear is that the population will revolt and over throw their arses...

I know people who are in prison at the moment because they tried to defend the Constitution..

I will say this though... I've been noticing that the right... is guilty of using the word Patriot as a guilt-shaming tool/phrase.

Such as... if you don't agree with getting behind a certain policy... you're not a "Patriot". I have to admit... it's a tactic which is very much like what the liberals do when they claim people are racist when they push policies they don't like. Same same.

An example of this would be Kapearnick electing to kneel for the national anthem.

That act... especially for the reasons he believes why he is choosing to do it?... that's Patriotic AF! Here he is... in his view... seeing something he believes is wrong in his country (whether we believe it's a correct view is irrelevant)... and he's choosing to utilize his rights to Freedom of Speech/Expression to peacefully and non-violently express his concern and call attention to it. (Something "White-America" has been wishing the black community would do for a long time, be peaceful and non-violent, rather then their marches which turn into riots) And they're over here losin' their damn minds and gettin' mad at that!??

I'm over here like... "Are you kidding me?" Here he is being a role model for teaching black kids there is a better way than being all angry and rioting and all that stupid noise... and you're over here condemning the guy? Why?

Because someone in your family died while in service to our country? Hellooo!!! They specifically sacrificed so that he (and everybody else) could continue to have those rights! Because they BELIEVED so strongly in the value of those rights, they were willing to fight and die for them! Whether or not somebody else chooses to exercise them in a manner you agree with has no bearing. As long as they aren't hurting anybody or infringing on anybody elses rights... what's your problem?

It ain't like the guy is burning the flag or stepping on it. And... even those acts... if they are carried out by somebody who is educated... and can specifically tell you why... exactly... they are doing that... I don't have a problem with it. If it's some stupid-@$$ young naive high-school or college kid doing it to be part of the band-wagon... then yeah... I have a problem with it. It's disrespectful if it doesn't have a purpose that you can explain to me, eloquently.

I understand full-well how strongly some families are indoctrinated toward the symbol of our flag. And how in their minds that flag represents the blood their family members spilt. I get that. I do.

It's a powerful thing to witness a military funeral service. My Father-in-Law was a Navy lifer that started in the Vietnam Era. He had the 21-gun salute and the folded flag being presented to his wailing/sobbing wife. I can totally see how some folks might be quick to lose their shit about the flag being dissed. And while I understand how it comes from a sadness and loss they experienced, which they associate with that flag... I also understand that blindly raging on people no matter what, without context, over something happening to the flag... is foolish and borderline idolater. (Not that I care if you're an idolater.)

I get what you are saying @Larry. The black youth problem is a whole different can of worms. The asshole brought that shit to my favorite sport and I stopped watching because of him. I watch sports so I don't have to deal with some puke who wouldn't have anything if it were not for the Game. The dude isn't that smart and totally ignorant of what he is "protesting". Well... "that asshole" knew the power of the spotlight in this country. And skillfully used it to achieve his goal. And truthfully... in the interview I saw.. I was impressed with how eloquently he explained his position on the matter, and why he did it. IT was sound.. calm.. and decently thought out. It was precisely because of that interview that I could not condone all the haterade all the bigoted people were throwing his way.

Heres a conspiracy for you. What if @surfcity is really Hillary Clinton and she is on here trying to win you over so she could eventually take your guns. It’s an inside job trust no one on this forum from here in out.
