This is Lil' Doc on his first buffalo hunt, circa 1953. Davy Crockett [Fess Parker] was big back then [coonskin cap] and so was the Fanner 50 [on my hip]. The start of another almost 70 years in the field.
Ahh the old high country abominable Snow Hog!! I still get cold looking at this ...it use to be anything..anytime. anywhere for a hog ...now it's ..just..uggh..a hog..those were the days!! Happy Friday fellas.

Here's one we got out in 1 piece Truduct...IN a Jeep lol. 
Circa ..89 or so..grandpa and a Giant, pretty sure this boar hog had zero more room in his skin for the barley he was stealing....again
