Never too Early to Start Scouting Turkeys

I think everyone on SCH should let the bearded jake's be this year, unless of course it's a 1st bird or 1st junior bird...

The drought has stressed the flocks drastically (80% die off in the last four years). I urge everyone (with experience turkey hunting and those new to the sport) to let them be and recover. We've got some rain this year . Lets see if this helps.. They are in bad shape population wise right now.
 
Agreed. Not that the turkeys consider me much of a threat, but I'll probably just hunt with a camera this spring.
