There is duck hunting there. Lottery apps are due in Wednesday for their Saturday opener. You need to call Game Warden at 760-725-3360 to discuss possible area openings. Those areas change. I know the boathouse and SMR can be popular areas.

Matt it was a great weekend, can't thank you enough for helping get the forky out that canyon. 10 year old was no help lol. We had a good season on pendleton with lots of deer sightings.

I have become a big fan of hunting with the AR platform. I have found that my smaller framed 12 year old shoots my 6.8 with alot of confidence . I ended up ordering me a new 6.8 upper and giving him the other. You always have idiots that will break the law with no concern for the fellow man...

Start at the Game Warden office on Pendleton. AO tags are good for the base. I've seen a ton of rabbits this year. 2nd dove season is around the corner and the base is littered with them. The quail are abundant this year too on Pendleton. Welcome to SCH!
